Why hasn't my order shipped yet?

If you are concerned as to the estimated amount of time your order will take to arrive, we have just the answer for you!

Before your order is shipped, it must be processed. We ask that you allow 3-5 business days (not including weekends and holidays) for processing! This gives us time to make sure your items are packed with care! 

If it has been longer than 5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends), this could be because the address you provided us is showing as invalid by our shipping system. Please check your emails and your spam folder to make sure you have not missed an email from us requesting you to verify your shipping address. You may have also been emailed concerning payment verification if you have placed an order over $250. 

If it has been more than 5 business days and you have not received an email from us with a shipping address or payment verification request, please email us at cs@shopmissa.com (or click "Submit a request" above) and we will be happy to provide you with more information about your order's progress!
