Has my order shipped?

If you are wondering where all of your goodies are, no need to worry! We will make sure you are in the loop about your Miss A items!

Please log in to your account in order to check whether your package is still being carefully put together by our packers or if your package is already on its way to you! Once you are able to view your most recent order within your account, you will either notice the word “Unfulfilled” or “Fulfilled” as your order status!

If your order status is unfulfilled then your order is still being processed and will be shipped out shortly! We typically ask our customers to allow 3-5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for processing! 

If your order status is fulfilled, then your package is on its way to you and, you should have received an email from us containing your tracking information. Please be sure to check your spam mail if you never received a tracking email from us as sometimes they are sorted into your junk mail folder!

If you have received your tracking number, but it is showing up as "Not Found" within the DHL tracking site, please understand that your packages may sometimes take 24-48 hours to update!
