How do I change my password?

If you are a long time customer (pre July 2015) and your password is not working, it might be because we moved our website over to the awesome new platform that you are seeing now! We ask that you please create a new account with a new password to access all of our new features!

If you created your account July 2015 or after and your password is not working, you can retrieve your password by visiting the Sign In page and clicking the "Forgot your password" link below the Email and Password Box Fields. You will then be prompted to enter your email address associated with your Miss A account. You should receive an email at that email address shortly after with a password reset link!

If your account was created in July 2015 or after, and the above recommendation did not work, it is very likely that you may have accidentally misspelled your email address when you created your account. You can send our wonderful Customer Support team a note/email so they can look further into what email address you used previously. From there they can log in and update your email address to the correct one so that you can receive alerts about your order!
