Why was I able to order an item if it is out of stock?

We know how disappointing it is when you carefully select all of your items before placing your order and then receive an email from us saying one of your items was out of stock! We do apologize for these instances and thank you for understanding that we do our best to make sure our inventory is correct. As you might imagine, with thousands of items constantly rotating on our site, some hot items get snatched up as soon as they are listed!
