Why is my payment being declined?

  • If you are having trouble with making your payment, it may be because the billing address you have entered for your card is incorrect/invalid. Your billing address must match the address that is directly connected to your card. This is the number one reason why payments are declined within our website. If you do have questions about the billing address on your card, please be sure to contact your bank.

  • If you have double checked the information mentioned above and all seems to be correct, you may want to make sure that you have enough funds within your account to make payment for your order. 

  • If you have a new credit/debit card, your payment may be declined because your new card has not been activated yet. If you believe this is the issue, please be sure to call the number on the front or back of your card to activate it.
