My card was charged twice?

Sometimes even though a order does not successfully go through the first time it is due to an error, (i.e. billing information mismatch, insufficient fund, declined), your credit/debit card might show a "pending" or "processing" status.

However, since the transaction was not approved in our system, the charge will disappear within the next few days, depending on how your bank processes refunds. We do suggest that you reach out to your bank if you do have any further questions!
