My card was charged twice.

If you experience technical difficulties while ordering (i.e. billing information mismatch, insufficient fund, declined status), you may see a "processing" or "pending" charge on your card statement.

No need to worry! If the transaction was not approved in our system, the charge will drop off within a few days, depending on how your bank processes refunds. We do suggest that you reach out to your bank if you have any further questions!
