Your package may return back to us due to a number of reasons. These reasons may include insufficient address, unclaimed, no such number, etc. Unfortunately, we are only able to see the return information via your tracking page. We do not have access to further details
We encourage you to keep an eye on your tracking page for any return updates. Once we physically receive your package, you will receive an email regarding your return. You will be offered a refund or credit, depending on the age of your package, for the subtotal of your order. Your compensation will not include shipping costs. These charges are non-refundable for both international and domestic customers.
