Can I cancel my order?

If your order status shows UNFULFILLED, and you have not received a tracking email from us, you will be able to cancel your order. This means that your order has not yet been printed and the tracking number was not generated.

TO CANCEL: Email cs@shopmissa.com. Please include your order number and full name in the email. Make the subject line of your email - CANCEL ORDER.

If your order status shows FULFILLED, you will NOT be able to cancel your order. At this point, your order is in the process of being picked and packed in our warehouse.
