We do not guarantee any cancellation requests. Orders are sometimes processed faster than customer service requests. We can only cancel an order if the status shows unfulfilled at the time your email is answered.
TO CANCEL: Email email@example.com immediately. Please include your order number and full name in the email. Make the subject line of your email - CANCEL ORDER.
If your order status shows FULFILLED by the time we open your request, we will NOT be able to cancel your order. If you are unable to cancel an order, you can refuse the order upon delivery, or write "return to sender" on the outside of the package and drop it off at your local USPS office. Once we receive your order, we will check to ensure it has not been opened and provide you with a refund or gift certificate for the subtotal cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
