My tracking page shows "Return to Sender".

Effective July 1, 2020

The Postal Office may return a package due to a number of reasons. These reasons may include insufficient address, unclaimed, no such number, etc. Unfortunately, we are only able to see the return information via your tracking page. We do not have access to further return details.

Once we physically receive your package, you will receive an email regarding compensation for your return. We will offer a refund or credit (depending on the age of your package) for the subtotal amount of your order. Your compensation will not include shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we are unable to reship your order items. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We typically restock our AOA products which are top sellers, so if you are still interested in the products you ordered, we recommend that you place another order.
