Unfulfilled vs. Fulfilled Status

To determine the where your order is, please log in to your account to check the status of your order. Once you are able to view your most recent order, you should see a status of “Unfulfilled” or “Fulfilled”.

  • Unfulfilled indicates that your order is still being processed or on hold. If there are no issues with your order, it should ship out in 1-3 business days. Please check your inbox and spam for possible emails from us.
  • Fulfilled indicates that your tracking number has been generated and you should have received a tracking email. Your order typically leaves our warehouse within 2 days of receiving your tracking email.
