If your order status is UNFULFILLED or you have not already received your tracking information, you may be able to change your address. However, there is NO guarantee we will get to your email before your order ships. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible.
- Email us immediately at cs@shopmissa.com and title your email "Urgent- Address Change" regarding your change of address. Please include your complete address in the email.
- **We are unable to change a domestic shipping address to an international shipping address.**
If your order is marked as FULFILLED and/or you have received a tracking email, we are no longer able to make adjustments to your address. Miss A agents are also unable to call the postal company on your behalf.
- Domestic Customers- We recommend calling USPS Customer Service once your DHL tracking page has populated a USPS tracking number. (DHL customer service will not offer assistance, as they are not the final delivery company.)
- International Customers- We recommend that you monitor your DHL tracking info and call your country's post office once your tracking shows that your order has reached your country.
- This includes orders that have been SHIPPED and RETURNED due to Insufficient Address, Wrong Address, Unclaimed, etc.
**Miss A is not responsible for mis-delivered orders due to an incorrect address.
