Can I change the shipping address on my current order?

If your order status is UNFULFILLED or you have not already received your tracking information, you may be able to change your address.

  • Email us immediately at cs@shopmiss.com and title your email "Urgent- Address Change" regarding your change of address. Please include a complete address to the correct shipping location.

If your order is marked as FULFILLED and you have received a tracking email, your order has shipped. At this point, we are unable to make adjustments to any address or call the postal company on a customer's behalf.

  • Domestic Customers- We recommend calling USPS Customer Service once your DHL tracking page has populated a USPS tracking number. (DHL customer service will not offer assistance, as they are not the final delivery company.)

  • International Customers- We recommend that you monitor your DHL tracking info and call your country's post office once your tracking shows that your order has reached your country.

**Miss A is not responsible for mis-delivered orders due to an incorrect address.
