I never received my tracking number.

If you have not received an email with your tracking information, it could mean-

  • Your order has not reached the final stage of processing. Once your invoice and label are printed, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

  • Your order is on hold due to Credit Card or Address Verification. Please check your inbox and spam folder to for further instructions. 

  • We may be experiencing a high volume of orders due to a promotion or product launch. Please allow additional processing days.
