Eligibility Window: Missing Items Claims Policy
- To qualify for a credit or refund for any missing items, please contact customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org) within three (3) business days of delivery.
How to open a claim:
Email us at email@example.com and provide the following information:
- Provide a clear photo of the whole printed packing slip received in your order showing the red stamped number and letter found on the printed packing slip within the left hand corner. Claims made without proper documentation will not be accepted and will not be eligible for credit or refund.
- Please also let our Customer Service Advocate know which item(s) you are missing from your order!
- You will then be given the option of:
- Store Credit - Receive a Shop Miss A store credit for the amount of your Missing item(s). This will also include an additional $1.00 as a BONUS credit you can use toward your next Miss A order!
- Refund - Receive a refund back to your original form of payment for the Missing item(s).
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:
- Claims on items made after 3 days of delivery.
- Shipping charges.
