Eligibility Window: Missing Items Claims Policy
- To qualify for a credit or refund for any missing items, please contact customer service (cs@shopmissa.com) within (7) business days of delivery.
How to open a claim:
Email us at cs@shopmissa.com and provide the following information:
- A clear photo of your invoice/packing slip. Claims made without proper documentation will not be accepted and will not be eligible for credit or refund.
- A detailed list of the product names you are missing
Compensation:
**No refunds will be provided.**
With Miss A Package Protection
- Gift Certificate Code
Cost of the missing item(s) + an additional $2.00 bonus for the inconvenience we have caused. Applicable towards subtotal and shippings fees.
OR -
Reship
If your missing items are still in stock, we can reship them to you via our Standard Shipping service. If they are out of stock, we can only provide a Gift Certificate Code.
No Miss A Package Protection
- Discount Code
For cost of the missing item(s) + an additional $1 as a courtesy. Discount Code cannot be applied to shipping costs.
Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:
- Claims on items made after 7 days of delivery.
- Shipping charges.
