Missing Items

Eligibility Window: Missing Items Claims Policy

  • To qualify for a credit or refund for any missing items, please contact customer service (cs@shopmissa.com) within three (3) business days of delivery.

How to open a claim:

Email us at cs@shopmissa.com and provide the following information:

  • A clear photo of your invoice/packing slip. Claims made without proper documentation will not be accepted and will not be eligible for credit or refund.
  • A detailed list of the product names you are missing.
  • You will then be given two options.
    • Store Credit - Receive a Miss A store credit for the exact cost of your Missing item(s). This will include an additional $1.00 as a BONUS credit you can use toward your next order.
    • Refund - Receive a refund for the exact cost of the missing items. 

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Store Credit:

  • Claims on items made after 3 days of delivery.
  • Shipping charges.
