We are so sorry to hear you have not received your order!
Please allow a minimum of 25-45 Business Days after the delivery date before your package is considered lost (Further details are listed below). The count begins when your tracking has been stalled or shown no movement past 25-45 business days at a specific check point.
Keep in mind that our shipping partners DHL, UPS, and USPS occasionally experience delays. Sometimes these delays are noted on their tracking sites, but it is not guaranteed. We ask for your understanding in these cases as we may need to extend the waiting period.

For the subtotal of your order only.

If you still have not received your package after 25 or 45 calendar days have passed, please reach out to us at cs@shopmissa.com to report your lost package.
IMPORTANT: You will be required to sign an affidavit for our Package Insurer stating that you have not received your package some time after we have compensated you. As a courtesy, we provide compensation first and request the affidavit afterwards.
